This Year's Theme: Casting a Wider Net
While our farmers and chefs get the lion's share of the focus in the culinary press, there's another broad spectrum of people doing innovative things with food that don't get as much attention. Our bakers, butchers, preservers, and even organizations helping those experiencing mental health challenges, substance abuse and addiction also integral parts of our local food system. Join us on Monday, March 26th for a day of hearing stories from these less-heard parts of our industry, and then add your own stories later in the day with our community-driven afternoon sessions.
