A full day symposium on topics important to people in the food industry in the Pacific Northwest. F2C2, as it is known, attracts nearly 300 attendees -- farmers, fishers, ranchers, chefs, bakers, distillers, brewers, value added producers -- from every corner of the state, and beyond, for a day of interesting panels, lively discussion, useful networking, and the best lunch of the year.

Thriving Amidst Change

The theme for the 11th Farmer-Fisher-Chef connection is thriving amidst change; change in the food and hospitality industry, change in the regulatory environment (from minimum wage increases to secure scheduling), change in the real estate and labor market, change in the climate.

Breakout Session Agenda

The full agenda will be announced in early February. Stay tuned!

This year, we are rethinking the way to facilitate networking -- we heard you! Rather than having the "speed networking" session, we will have longer passing time between the Plenary and break-out sessions to allow for networking.
